参加資格 / Eligibility

◎共通

高校生以上大会規則・交通規則・マナーを遵守し、誓約書の内容を了承した方。

イベント当日までに必ず自転車専門店で検車を受けること。

タンデム車は不可とする。

◎Common

High school age and above.

Those who have complied with the tournament rules, traffic rules, manners, and agreed to the content of the pledge

Be sure to have your vehicle inspected at a bicycle specialty store by the day of the event.

Tandem vehicles are not permitted.

◎コース

健康な方で、制限時間内で完走できる能力がある方。

山岳コースと海のコースは「完全自己責任・事故対応の個人ライド」が基本となります。コース案内・バイクトラブル対応はありません。走力と自分でコースを判断して走る技術力が必要となります。

◎Course

Those who are in good health and capable of completing the ride within the time limit.

The mountain course and seaside course are based on "Personal Ride with Complete Self-Responsibility and Accident Response". There is no course guide or bike trouble support. Riding ability and technical ability to judge the course and ride by yourself are required.

保険 / Insurance

参加者全員に対し、傷害保険に加入します。詳しくは保険約款によります。

All participants will be covered by accident insurance. Details will depend on the insurance contract.

競技・コース Competition/Course

競技方法 Event running

時間は記録されますが、本イベントはタイムを競うレースではなく、サイクリングイベントです。

コース上は、スタート・ゴール周辺以外での場所では一般車両の交通規制をしていませんので、一時停止、赤信号での停止などの基本的な交通規則を遵守し、追走・並走・割り込みなどはしないでください。

各ポイントに制限時間を設けています。時間を超えた場合はタイムオーバーとなり、続行できません。

ロードレース用バイクによる交通事故・単独事故が増えていますので、練習をする際も含めて、交通ルールに従い、安全に走行してください。

注意：このイベントではビールが提供されます。 お酒を飲んで自転車に乗るのは違法です。 お酒を飲んで車を運転するのと同じ、飲酒運転とみなされます。

イベント中はチェックポイントが設けられます。

チェックポイントはライダーの安全のために使用されます。

「ナンバープレートチェックポイントカード」をお渡しする予定です。

ナンバープレートチェックポイントカードをチェックポイントとゴールのスタッフに見せる必要があります。

チェックポイントカードの提出を忘れた場合、チェックポイントを通過しなかった場合、またはイベントを放棄した場合は、ナンバープレートチェックポイントカードに記載されている電話番号に電話する必要があります。

Time will be recorded but this event is not a race to compete for time, but a cycling event.

On the course, there are no traffic restrictions for general vehicles except around the start and finish areas, so please observe basic traffic rules such as stopping temporarily and stopping at red lights.

Each point has a time limit. If you exceed the time, it will be timed out and you will not be able to continue.

Traffic accidents and single accidents involving road racing bikes are increasing, so please follow the traffic rules and ride safely, including during practice.

Caution: Beer will be served at this event. After drinking alcohol it is illegal to ride a bicycle. It is considered the same as driving a car after drinking alcohol: drunk driving.

There will be checkpoints during the event.

Checkpoints are used for rider safety.

We plan to give you a "number plate checkpoint card".

You must show this to staff at the Checkpoints and the Finish.

If you forget to hand in your checkpoint card, miss a checkpoint or abandon the event, you must call the telephone number on the checkpoint card.

※申込後の種目変更・キャンセルについて、返金は致しません。

●大会規則

※大会規則を守らず、スタッフからの警告を受けても改善されない場合は、参加を取りやめていただく場合があります。

コース走行時は、警察官・スタッフの指示がない限り、一時停止・赤信号での停止などの基本的な交通規則を遵守すること。

走行時は警察官・スタッフの指示に従うこと。

左側走行とし、並列走行は禁止とする。

コース途中からの参加は禁止とする。

装備及び自転車の形状について

小径車・リカンベントを含む公道を走れる自転車で参加すること。

前後のブレーキが完備されていること。

タンデム車を含む2人乗りの禁止。

DHバー装着禁止

DHバー及びそれに類するものの装着は禁止。

ヘルメットは必ず着用すること。

ライト（前照灯）の装着のうえ、トンネル内では必ずライトを点灯すること。

警音器（ベル等）及び、反射板（後方）の装着。

先頭を走る者は先導車を追い越さないこと。車両による並走は禁止とする。

何らかの理由でリタイアする場合はスタッフに申告し、指示に従うこと。

参加者同士または一般車両などとの交通事故が発生した場合は、直ちに大会本部、スタッフに連絡しその指示に従うこと。

制限時間を設けたポイントについては、それまでに通過すること。また、最終収容車に追いつかれたら、収容車に乗車すること。

【天候等当日の中止・コース変更について】

・強風、雨天、気温によって、適宜安全のためコースが変更させる場合があります。

・当日の気温が35度を超えた場合、熱中症予防のため、コースが変更させる場合があります。

ショートカットコースを採用する場合があります。

・上記の判断は当日の走行中に行う場合があります。

・コースがショートコースとなった場合でも参加費の差額返金等はございません。

【返金ポリシー】

・お申込みにあたって、エントリー後にご入金を完了された場合の返金は致しかねます。参加をよくご検討の上、お支払を完了してください。

・天候や自然災害、社会状況、事件、事故（※）等によって主催者が大会を中止した場合、参加費・手数料の返金はいたしません。（※事故は大会日程の前後・イベントの内外に関わらない）

● Tournament rules

*If you do not follow the competition rules and do not improve even after receiving a warning from the staff, you may be asked to cancel your participation.

When driving on the course, observe basic traffic rules such as stopping temporarily and stopping at red lights unless instructed by the police or staff.

Follow the instructions of the police and staff when driving.

Vehicles must run on the left side, and parallel running is prohibited.

Participation in the middle of the course is prohibited.

Equipment and bicycle shape

Participate with a bicycle that can be ridden on public roads, including small wheels and recumbents.

Equipped with front and rear brakes.

No two-seaters, including tandem vehicles.

Prohibition of DH bar installation

DH bars and similar items are prohibited.

Always wear a helmet.

After installing the headlight, be sure to turn on the light in the tunnel.

Equipped with horns (bells, etc.) and reflectors (rear).

Those running in the lead must not overtake the lead vehicle. Running side by side with a vehicle is prohibited.

If you must retire for any reason, please notify the staff and follow their instructions.

In the event of a traffic accident between participants or with a general vehicle, please contact the event headquarters and staff immediately and follow their instructions.

For points with a time limit, you must pass by that time. In addition, when the final collection vehicle catches up, board the collection vehicle.

[About cancellations and course changes on the day due to weather conditions]

・Depending on strong winds, rainy weather, and temperature, alternative courses may be adopted for safety reasons.

・If the temperature on the day exceeds 35 degrees, an alternative course may be taken to prevent heatstroke.

・The above decisions may be made on the day of the event or

during the event.

・Even if the course becomes a shortcut, there will be no refund of the difference in participation fees.

[Refund policy]

・If you complete your application, after completing your application, we will not be able to refund your payment. Please consider participating carefully before completing your payment.

- If the organizer cancels the tournament due to weather, natural disasters, social conditions, incidents, accidents (*), etc., participation fees and fees will not be refunded. (*Accidents are not related to before or after the tournament schedule or inside or outside the event)

宿泊先などから自転車で移動の際にも交通規則を遵守の上、交通事故には十分注意してください。道路状況の変化などによりコースレイアウト等が変更となる場合があります。

When traveling by bicycle from accommodation or other places, please obey the traffic rules and be careful of traffic accidents. The course layout may change due to changes in road conditions.
